Private Events Manager

Park Ridge Country Club is seeking an energetic, service driven Private Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This role handles the entire event lifecycle, from the initial sales inquiry to the final execution. This individual will work closely with the F&B management team This is a fast-paced role ideal for a proactive and adaptable professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: Build positive relationships with the membership and professional staff Meet with hosts to discuss and document details of private eventsCoordinate with Committee Chairs & internal staff on Club event detailsManage the master event calendar, draft contracts, and secure deposits for all private functionsMaintain organized digital and physical detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Communicate event details clearly to the culinary and service teams in a timely manner to ensure seamless operationsOversee the setup, timing, and hospitality of key functions to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
