The Mill Is Growing! As a Private Events Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of private events, ensuring that each event is a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities: • Respond to correspondence in a timely manner and be available for venue tours • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day • Plan and execute all logistical aspects of private events, including , same-day coordination and timeline management • Assist clients with questions and concerns • Ensure all services are delivered as per the client's expectations • Assist wine bar and banquet teams with event setup (and breakdown) including arranging seating plans, and venue clean up • Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure everything runs smoothly • Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding • Stay up-to-date with current event trends and industry best practices • Produce two open-houses annually for prospective brides and others looking to host their event at The Mill • Participate in weekly manager meetings • Knowledge of events management is a plus • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Flexibility to work mostly evenings and weekends as required Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
