Minimum 2 years sales experience working with BEO's and event agreements/contracts required • Work to support all Banquet staff in a successful execution before, during and after the event • Build and protect brand and brand Image • Maintain procedural consistency in accordance with the Edera BEO Process. Qualifications - Event planning and management experience - Strong customer service skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Exceptional communication and organizational skills - Negotiation and marketing expertise - Previous experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality industry - Familiarity with contracts and event marketing strategies About the Benefits: • Commissions/bonus plans based on event sales goals • Large group and annual sales commission incentives • This is a contract position with a monthly base salary plus commission.
