Role Description

This is an on-site, volunteer role for a Production Intern at Le Vie Events, located in the Inland Empire, SoCal. The Production Intern will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of event production, including planning and coordination, quality control, supporting the production team, and attending to logistical tasks during events. Additionally, the role involves working closely with team members to ensure the smooth execution of events, as well as participating in on-site event setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown processes.

*There will be many opportunities for paid work after having Interned for 3 events*

Qualifications

Familiarity with Production Planning and Production Management processesStrong written and verbal Communication skillsExperience or ability to assist in Quality Control during event executionA willingness to learn and support Training initiatives for team collaborationAvailability to be physically present in Eastvale, CA for on-site events and preparationsPositive attitude, adaptability, and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
