Production Manager - Events

Siteline Productions is an integrated experience design and production company specializing in live broadcast productions, virtual events, exhibits, attractions, and corporate environments. • Source, establish, develop, and actively manage relationships with key vendors providing for the best available resources within budget and overall project success • On-Site Management: • Lead on-site production operations, including load-in, rehearsals, show calls, and load-out. • Budget & Financial Management: • Track production costs, manage vendor invoices, and ensure projects remain on budget. • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) and familiarity with CAD drawings. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in event management software, MS Office, and Google Suite • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to travel frequently and work long, irregular hours as required by event schedules.
