Production Manager for Events and Concerts

The Production Manager will report to the Building Director and will be essential in overseeing all production requirements for the building. Responsibilities • Ensure the technical success of events at the Jacksonville Arena and Ballpark, averaging 100 to 120 events per year • Coordinate technical requirements with event promoters • Oversee load-ins, setups, show runs, and strikes for events • Manage changeover costs and production vendor charges • Maintain payroll for stage employees and oversee HR paperwork • Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Collaborate with various managers to meet daily and event needs • Draft AutoCAD drawings for events and maintain venue plans Education Requirements • 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Theatre, Theatre Production, or Event Management with a technical emphasis.
