In this dynamic role, you will be the first line of defense, actively monitoring event premises, managing access points, and responding swiftly to any security concerns. Conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or potential threats Manage access control by verifying credentials, issuing passes, and checking identification for attendees, staff, vendors, and contractors Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management skills and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Conduct thorough inspections of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry Enforce event policies and safety protocols with professionalism and clear communication Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records to ensure accurate documentation of all activities Experience
