Program and Event Specialist

Structure For Success Phoenix, Arizona

This is a full-time, on-site position in North Phoenix and requires 5–7 years of event planning and management experience. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide essential support to speakers, scholarship recipients, and sponsors. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5–7 years of event planning and management experience • Association or nonprofit experience preferred • CMP certification a plus • Strong leadership qualities and proven ability to lead projects • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills • High attention to detail and self-motivation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative mindset and experience working within a team • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Smartsheet, QuickBooks Pro, and Adobe • Ability to work flexible hours as needed • Willingness to travel for programs and events Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Experience: • Events management: 5 years (Required)
