The Coordinator guides students in goal setting, program design, policy compliance, and post-event assessment, helping translate involvement into measurable learning.Responsibilities include advising student organizations, coordinating event logistics, managing communications and administrative processes, supporting assessment and reporting, tracking budgets, and partnering with campus stakeholders to advance student engagement and success.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree and two (2) years of related experience ORMaster's Degree and one (1) year of related experience.Related experience includes higher education student development, student organization advising, civic engagement, event planning and management or related experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience advancing student learning outcomes through co-curricular programsDemonstrated leadership in student-centered program developmentEffective collaboration with diverse campus partners.Schedule or Travel RequirementsOccasional TravelVariable work schedule (including nights and weekends)Compensation GradeAdministrative Faculty - BTo view the salary schedule for this position, please visit:Salary Schedules and select Administrative Faculty by Grade.
