The Program Director plays a key leadership role in bringing the mission of Scouting America to life by developing and delivering exceptional year-round programs for youth and volunteers. • Recruit, hire, and supervise seasonal camp staff; ensure all staff follow Scouting America camp policies and safety standards. • Demonstrated leadership experience in youth programming, outdoor recreation, or nonprofit administration. • Experience managing summer camp operations or outdoor facilities.
