We're building one of Colorado Springs' premier entertainment venues. Our goal is to create memorable experiences through comedy shows, live music, networking events, fashion shows, themed parties, cultural events, and private rentals.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating experiences, building relationships, and bringing ideas to life.

What You'll Do

As Program Director, you'll help shape the entertainment experience at Echo Lounge by planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly eventsResearch and book comedians, DJs, musicians, performers, and special guestsBuild relationships with vendors, promoters, artists, and community organizationsSecure sponsorships and brand partnershipsMaintain and manage the monthly event calendarCoordinate event logistics and timelinesAssist with event setup, décor, and overall guest experienceRepresent Echo Lounge at networking events and within the local business communityCollaborate with our marketing team on event promotionTrack event performance and recommend improvementsHelp develop new event concepts that drive attendance and revenueWe're Looking For Someone Who...
