The Assistant Activities Director must also be willing to shop, prepare, problem solve, and generally be available to staff outside of regular office hours. Additional Job Requirements and Responsibilities include: • Must have transportation to and from work, and the ability to drive to pick-up supplies as needed for activities and events. Work after hours will be required for certain activities and events. Must be able to assist in managing staff. • Must be customer service oriented and have the ability to maintain professional relationships and communication with residents, vendors, and supervisory staff.
