PROGRAM AND EVENTS COORDINATOR, Sloan School of Management-Global Programs (GP), to develop new and improve existing processes for the smooth delivery of events and ensure close collaboration across all GP programs, including run of shows; event staffing plans; event and production schedules; and other work plans for in-person, virtual, or hybrid event activities. Responsibilities include... centralizing and managing efficiency projects to ensure continuous refinement, development of best practices, and quality improvements; creating and maintaining database to catalog GP space needs for immersion programs, workshops, and special events; generating creative ideas for cultural activities, company visits, and ecosystem tours, and overseeing the process from planning to execution; leading and streamlining the visa needs and requirements process for all programs; negotiating contracts and pricing and post-event follow-up; and establishing new and enhancing existing relationships with relevant department heads, team members, and global partners to retain current clients and support the development of new collaborations.
