Required Education, Experience, & Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software • Understanding of Schedule Analysis and Critical Path Method • Experience working in a planning team effectively supporting a multi-schedule environment, managing cross-program dependencies, analysis and deliverables. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • Strong interpersonal skills to influence work teams • Familiarity with Microsoft Project Server/Online and Power Bi Dashboards • Strong MS Excel skills • PMI-PMP or PMI-SP certification • Current Secret Clearance • Program Risk & Opportunity process experience • Prior experiencing in developing Integrated Master Plans (IMP) • Knowledge of US DoD schedule policies, the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements.
