This position will own the development and execution of key program activities, including large‑scale employee‑recognition events, customer visits and program meeting coordination. This role will require working cross‑functionally with various Lockheed Martin teams and will drive process improvements, manage employee morale budgets, maintain and implement program business rhythms.
