The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) is a leading catalyst in the revitalization of its home city. As a Programming and Event Coordinator, you will assist the Programming department on a wide variety of events including planning, fundraising, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: • Work with festival coordinators to confirm food trucks, vendors, and artists' needs • Assist with communications to artists, venues, and management organizations for the Prudential presents North to Shore and Horizon Sounds of the City summer festivals • Collaborate with Operations, House Management, and Production teams on setup, security, artist assistance, and other festival needs • Review contracts and create cost projections for performance budgeting • Work with Operations team to review and/or create schedules and event documents through ArtsVision Requirements: • Rising college juniors, seniors, post-college graduates, or graduate students • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently on projects and assignments • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
