The Programs & Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Chamber events, including signature annual events such as the Chamber Awards and Installation of Officers, Golf Tournament, and Holiday Party. • Plan and coordinate logistics for all Chamber meetings and events (on-site and off-site). • Coordinate with the communications team to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and flyers. • Partner with staff members and key stakeholders to identify relevant themes, topics, and speakers that align with the interests of The Chamber’s members and the community. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
