The Seasonal Event Coordinator is responsible for guiding and managing project timelines, from the initiation of project requests, through assignment, development and completion. Seasonal Event Coordinators plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality results for both internal and external partners. Asana experience preferred. • Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects, and adept at prioritizing • Must be available to travel up to 50% of the time • 2 years of project management and related experience
