Programs & Events Coordinator

The role also serves as the primary liaison to ITC’s Ambassador Committee, supporting member engagement, onboarding, and event participation. Event & Program Coordination • Coordinate all ITC events and programs, including signature events, networking events, and partner programs. • Serve as the lead on-site coordinator for all events, managing speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and flow of program. • Provide event details, timelines, speakers, and assets needed for marketing campaigns. Performance Indicators • Successful execution of ITC events (on time, on budget, well-attended) • Sponsor satisfaction and fulfillment accuracy • Event attendance and registration trends • Ambassador engagement and participation • Smooth, professional on-site event execution • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM event data
