The Programs & Events Manager will be responsible for spearheading the development, execution, and ongoing growth of the Foundation's signature fundraising initiatives, including the 50/50 Raffle, Golf Outing, Sixth Man Soirée, and Community Impact Week. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project manager with creative fundraising expertise and strong relationship-building capabilities. Joining the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation as a Programs & Events Manager offers the unique opportunity to blend a passion for sports, community service, and dynamic fundraising in a role that offers both professional growth and a positive impact on Milwaukee’s underserved populations. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 3-5 years of relevant experience in event planning, nonprofit fundraising, or program management • Proven track record of successful event execution • Exceptional organizational skills • Strong communication abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event/project management software • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Familiarity with Milwaukee's philanthropic landscape
