• Support Corporate Events Team. Responsibilities: • Assist corporate events team in planning, facilitating, and deploying the logistics and activities for meetings and events for the company to include CEO Events, Executive Committee Events, Campus Events and town halls. • Assist in managing tactical logistics to include project plans and timelines, weekly event planning call coordination, invitee list management, event communications/invites, event registration management (Cvent), hotel/venue details, ground transportation management, off-site dinners, event budget tracking, onsite event coordination and support, post-event survey tracking. Experience: • Bachelor’s degree OR a High School diploma/GED and at least 3 years of event planning experience. Skills: • Experience prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
