• Provides guidance/training to process partners on the Launch Management systems and processes. • Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective measures to improve to systems/ processes within the Launch and Change Management department. • Advanced project Management/Team Leadership experience (preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering or Logistics functions) • Advanced technical/Engineering/Supply Chain experience. • Intermediate German language skills preferred (written and oral; required for consideration for an international assignment).
