The Project and Event Coordinator is a multi-functional coordination and support role that combines aspects of program analysis, project coordination, technical platform support, stakeholder engagement, and event logistics across multiple federal contracts. • Coordinate registration, event communications, and pre/post-event logistics. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • 1 year Experience in federal event work • Bachelor's Degree • This position is remote, but working hours are during the eastern time zone • Occasional travel within the US • Advanced in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • Friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics • Proven experience in facilitation, training, or group management • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • The Ability to Multitask and work independently with Minimal Supervision • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and integrate into day-to-day tasks Physical Demands and Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
