What You Will Be Doing Support the planning and execution of a consumer driving experience programManage project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to keep projects on trackResearch, source, and coordinate vendors, contractors, equipment, and event suppliesCommunicate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholdersLead and participate in project meetings while tracking action items and deliverablesCoordinate travel logistics, hotel arrangements, and event support activitiesAssist with warehouse operations, load-outs, and event preparationTravel to event sites and provide hands-on operational support as neededPrioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth event execution To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills: Experience supporting live events, experiential marketing campaigns, or automotive programsExposure to event production, field marketing, or consumer experience activationsExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetA proactive, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever neededBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredThe Perks StaffBright - Who We Are
