BioCT: BioCT is the trade association for the life sciences industry in Connecticut. Our mission is to catalyze and accelerate growth in the life sciences with the goal of improving human health, by fostering a rich, innovative ecosystem and promoting Connecticut as a preferred destination for life science exploration and innovation. Position Summary: The Project & Events Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and administration of BioCT’s signature events, workforce development programs, and assigned projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Adapt to shifting priorities and work outside primary areas of expertise as needed.Collaborate with other staff on special projects, committees, and cross-team initiatives.Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance event and program outcomes.Be available as needed for events outside of office hours.
