Position Summary: The Project & Events Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and administration of BioCT’s signature events, workforce development programs, and assigned projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Adapt to shifting priorities and work outside primary areas of expertise as needed.Collaborate with other staff on special projects, committees, and cross-team initiatives.Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance event and program outcomes.Be available as needed for events outside of office hours.
