Position reports to Tyler Polzin, Sr. Director, Events. In addition to the project lead responsibilities at the June event, this role will assume an operations support role at other events within the contract period. This includes: • Procure, review and check operations vendor documents for accuracy including but not limited to orders, contracts, drawings, layouts, invoices • Source and negotiate with operations vendors for optimal client outcomes • Source, secure and manage an approved signage and/or merchandise vendor • Track and ensure that client’s creative team meets design and print deadlines • Track and maintain project budget as outlined by client and Framework leadership • Create and execute the project’s operational event layout and flow • Work with internal team to ensure accurate event maps and renderings are created. • Ensure Framework Event Tracker and other operational documents are maintained and up‑to‑date for each assigned event • Provide regular and as agreed‑to event updates to Framework leadership • Proactively identify and effectively report and/or act upon event operational/logistical challenges and opportunities for improvement • Plan and prepare site visit materials and documents • Lead on‑site walk‑throughs and capture any requested changes or adjustments to overall event plans • Clearly document learnings, insights, successes, challenges and opportunities as part of detailed event wrap‑up notes • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the highest‑level experience for clients • Other miscellaneous on‑site and advance duties as assigned Management Responsibilities • Ultimate responsibility for site operations of the assigned event • Management and training of the operations team including additional operations support personnel • Participate in vetting and securing potential candidates for support roles • Management of all operations vendors and their teams onsite.
