Project Manager, Event Management & Planning

We're partnering with a growing organization in the live events and experiential industry to identify a Project Manager who can lead projects from planning through on-site execution.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, working directly with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from kickoff through completion.Coordinate schedules, logistics, vendors, equipment, and internal teams.Travel to project sites to oversee installations and ensure successful execution.Manage project budgets, change orders, and project documentation.Build strong client relationships and proactively solve issues throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsExperience managing projects in a travel-intensive or field-based environment.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Sketch Up experience is a plus.Ability and willingness to travel frequently.Preferred Industry ExperienceLive EventsEvent ProductionExperiential MarketingTrade Shows & ExhibitsAV / AudiovisualEntertainment ProductionConstruction Project ManagementThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll have ownership of exciting, high-profile projects and the opportunity for long-term career growth.
