Project Manager – Event Planning and L&D

Stratfield is seeking an experienced Project Manager with event planning and an L&D background to oversee the planning and execution of a conference and support the rollout of additional learning programs. The ideal candidate has a proven background in project management and event planning, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. This is a 12 month contract that will be hybrid here in Atlanta. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication • Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities • Schedule and lead meetings, preparing agendas and action items • Communicate clearly and professionally with senior leaders and key stakeholders • Balance competing priorities and drive decisions to keep projects on track We started Stratfield Consulting with the belief that companies are looking for a more reliable consulting firm to deliver an expanding list of projects.
