Serve as a point of contact for the customer, managing their pre-event and onsite experience using the Cvent PlatformLead the project through engaging with the customer, vendors and internal resources to ensure the success of the projectCommunicate and adhere to project milestones and internal metricsDirectly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Cvent’s Virtual and Onsite SolutionsAct as a liaison between supplier vendors and customers to quote, order, and manage event specific materialsWork with strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsiteTroubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer’s success at their eventConfigure event specific technology prior to and onsite at customer eventsManage several concurrent projectsWork onsite to ensure success on the day of the event - up to 40% travel requiredBachelor’s degree required1+ years of customer success or event planning experiencePreferred industry (event) and/or onsite technical event supportExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Qualified applicants must be able to lift at least 50 pounds such as large boxes, printers, etc.Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environmentMust be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to ensure event execution successAbility to work within a team to achieve goalsStrong business acumen, ethics and high integrityExcel at developing relationships over the phone, email and in personStrong understanding of the onsite event management experienceRequires a professional onsite appearance, including compliance with company guidelines and directions related to attire, grooming, and visible body art.Able to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software If we learn during the course of our recruitment process that, due to an applicant’s location, further information about the position is required, including certain salary information, this information in this posting will be supplemented accordingly.
