Manage the ongoing efforts involved with matters related to eventsIdentify potential risks and challenges and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent a successful eventDrive alignment to standardize event processes establish and maintain the "USS Way"Improve business process efficiencies and foster the implementation of business simplification capabilitiesEffectively facilitate discovery and requirements gathering from an array of stakeholders and subject matter expertsWork closely with the project teams, using both internal and external resources, and manage resource allocation and day-to-day operations during the eventsManage technical and non-technical aspects of the events including consulting partners, internal department resourcesServe as liaison between the customer and the stakeholders regarding eventEnsure consistency and best practices are applied to each eventProvide solutions to complex, high-impact business problems from event requests through implementationHelp to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to the development of event techniciansEstablish and implement project management processes and methodologies for future events to ensure events are delivered on time, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet USS expectationsAbility to travel over 50% of the timePerform other duties as assigned At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US.
