Project Manager, Specialty Programs, Meetings & Events

The ** Project Manager, Specialty Programs, Industry Services ** supports client engagement and project management for nationally held summit events within an assigned vertical for the Specialty Networks business. The Project Manager will support in managing customer project deliverables, support the account management team with execution of initiatives, and work closely with the Specialty Programs Meetings & Events team to coordinate all aspects of assigned customer projects (including planning, timing, and execution within the constraints of a budget, schedule, and scope) while minimizing risk, and adhering to established processes and methodologies. + ** Support Financial Administration: ** Partner with Account Management and Finance to ensure accurate project tracking and timely invoicing ** _Qualifications_* * + Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. + Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sponsored events, preferred + Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
