Protocol & Events Manager

You will be the Protocol & Events Manager for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. As the Protocol & Events Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences that reflect Lockheed Martin’s values, capabilities, and mission. You will lead, mentor, and develop the Protocol and Customer Engagement team across multiple locations, overseeing the execution of VIP visits, customer engagements, ceremonies, and special internal and external events. As a Protocol & Events Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with senior executives, communications, government affairs, business development, and line of business teams to ensure each engagement aligns with strategic priorities and supports business growth. or This position is in Orlando.
