• Pre-reconcile events to determine ticket pricing based on expenses and overhead. • Coordinate with the Banquet Chef to develop custom menus for ticketed events. • Select and contract/hire subcontractors and vendors as necessary. Talent Booking Responsibilities • Maintain awareness of competitor offerings for ticketed events. • Advance event details with subcontractors, including floorplans, timelines, directions, and audio/visual needs.
