• Verify supplier release (CSCN) aligns with supplier production • Monitor the CSCN release and verify it aligns with JDE requirements • Follow up with suppliers as needed to ensure material is delivered in time to meet production requirements • Update, communicate, and maintain information for priority parts, expedites, and production needs on 30-day purchase part planning tool (including SharePoint updates) • Manage high risk suppliers and parts to minimize impact to production along with recovery plans • Coordinate and resolve receiving issues (including workflow invoicing issues) • Coordinate expedited shipment transportation with suppliers while minimizing expedite costs • Review and coordinate the correction of net negatives and inventory errors for assigned parts • Review and coordinate discrete purchase orders • Review and optimize system transit times • Manage inventory reduction and planning parameter optimization • Review containerization and align to process • Periodic check ins with suppliers to build supplier/customer relationships
