Manages inventory of event supplies, ensuring accurate tracking, timely restocking and proper storage DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a national or international corporate setting; healthcare industry experience is highly preferred 5+ years of recent experience with event technology (Cvent) Thorough understanding of corporate event planning at hotels, including site visits, room block management, banquet event orders, audiovisual needs, food & beverage selection and on-site execution Experience managing virtual events or webinars is preferred Familiarity with hotel event operations and key personnel to ensure seamless event execution Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with leaders, physicians, support teammates and external partners Proven ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to ensure event success Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines and adjust to business needs Ability to act with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks and stringent deadlines Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction/supervision Travel up to 25% Radiology Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
