Receptionist

Station Loft Works is a Coworking space in Historic Downtown Douglasville in an industrial Historic Building with a diversity of entrepreneurs, freelancers, start-ups, and those working in the gig-economy. We are searching for someone to fill the roll of Receptionist to assist our Community Managers in running the day - to - day operations of our shared work space. Responsibilities: \\- Update social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online \\- Helps with online marketing and advertising campaigns \\- Demonstrates interest in social media and how media and communication strategies can continuously engage the online community \\- Scheduling Conference Room time for members \\- Assisting members with understanding and implementing technology Requirements \\- Computer Skills \\- Organized \\- Word processing skills \\- Availability during the week \\- Professional Appearance \\- Good verbal Communication \\- Proactive \\- General knowledge of professional work environment \\- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety \\- Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability \\- Prefers challenges, fast pace, new ideas, future focus, and unstructured environment Job Type: Part-time $14/hr
