Assists marketing division personnel with the promotion of assigned programs; may produce publicity materials, brochures, newsletters, etc., as required. Has thorough knowledge of the methods, procedures, and policies of the Programming Department as they pertain to the performance of duties of the Recreation Coordinator II. Has thorough knowledge of the organization of the Department and of related departments and agencies. Is able to effectively supervise and evaluate the work performance of others. Is able to read and interpret relatively complex materials pertaining to the responsibilities of the job.
