• Develop and execute service agreements for entertainment and production services in compliance with City policies • Recruit and manage exhibitors and food vendors for each event to include application development, selection process, and managing supporting documents required by the City of Utilize event-related software to create accounts, process transactions and run reports for vendors, exhibitors, and other event related registration. • Enforce City policies, procedures, regulations, and safety practices; assist with the investigation of accidents and incidents occurring within the facility and event/program, and ensure corrective action is initiated as needed; coordinate with other City agencies and staff as needed. • Provide active, onsite supervision during events to ensure safety, smooth operations, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication throughout each event. Customer Service & Community Outreach • Operate a multi-line telephone to provide information and respond to inquiries from vendors, patrons, and contractors; follow up via email as needed.
