Regional Event Coordinator

Job Summary: This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to... manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong understanding of contract negotiations, budgeting, software event publishing. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage all events, including banquets, conferences, and other functions - Develop and execute event marketing strategies to promote our restaurant and catering services - Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best prices for our clients - Manage budgets for events and ensure that all expenses are tracked and accounted for - Assist with menu planning, food and beverage procurement, and service management - Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Upsell and cross-sell our catering and event services to clients - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a positive experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors - Maintain accurate records and reports of events, including financial data and client feedback - Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or coordination role - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency with budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of event marketing and catering services - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to upsell and cross-sell our services - Experience with contract negotiations and vendor management - Familiarity with the restaurant and catering industry in our region - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience
