Regional Event Services Manager

The overall objective and purpose of the Regional and Event Services Manager is to provide sales-related administrative support to our sales teams and coordinate the activities between the sales/catering and operations departments to make arrangements for group meetings, conferences, and social events. Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following: • Greet all clients (in rotation with MOD and other managers for rooms only groups) as they arrive on the day of arrival • Competently utilizes the required systems/equipment and platforms to effectively detail and track the progress of groups from turnover through execution • Maintain accurate, organized and up-to-date files including computer filing and sales platform records (attachments, traces, activities, etc.) To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility. The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience.
