The Regional Hospitality and Conference Services Manager is responsible for managing office event planning, creative development, catering, and execution of all on-site meetings and events. Anticipates problems and barriers to hosting successful meetings and events and make recommendations for solutions. Maintains awareness of current trends in event management and integrates into the operation in a timely manner Reviews effectiveness of event operations and makes appropriate adjustments. Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in Catering and Conference Services in large, up-scale, high volume environment. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospitality position.
