Description Position at IDEA Public Schools In 2018, IDEA launched 4 schools that support our promise of college for all students in the El Paso Region. El Paso has consistently been rated as one of the safest cities in the United States of America for over 20 consecutive years. Accountabilities : 95 % of trainings and events are rated high quality for logistics and communication management , both by training leader and by training participants.
