You will manage all aspects of virtual event production, from platform selection and technical setup to content delivery and attendee engagement. Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all logistics for virtual events, including platform selection, scheduling, and technical requirements.Manage speaker coordination, content development, and presentation logistics for online sessions.Develop engaging strategies to maximize attendee participation and interaction during virtual events.Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, ensuring smooth streaming and user experience.Liaise with marketing teams to promote virtual events and manage registration processes.Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and reporting on key metrics and success factors.Requirements

Proven experience in event planning, with a specific focus on virtual or online events.Familiarity with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent).Excellent organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with speakers, attendees, and internal teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Benefits
