Remote Events Manager

Work with sales to align event strategy with pipeline goals and account-based marketing priorities Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure consistent, on-brand presentation across all events Brief internal teams and executives on event logistics, talking points, and objectives Identify and evaluate new event opportunities that align with company growth targets About You 6+ years of events management experience, ideally in a B2B tech, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or startup environment Proven track record managing large-scale trade shows and corporate events from concept to execution Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent vendor negotiation and budget management skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable working with engineers, executives, and partners alike Experience with event management platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Cvent, HubSpot) A creative eye for brand storytelling and experiential marketing Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you'll often be building the playbook as you go Bonus Points Experience in robotics, automation, logistics tech, or deep tech industries Familiarity with managing live product or hardware demonstrations at events Experience supporting PR and media relations at events Location This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.
