Remote Virtual Event Planner

The Virtual Event Planner will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a wide range of virtual events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, product launches, and team-building activities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, conceptualize themes, and develop detailed event plans that align with strategic goals. The Virtual Event Planner will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to drive event registration and attendance, and managing attendee communications before, during, and after the event. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
