Boston While Black, Inc. (“BWB”) is seeking a qualified and experienced event planning and management company (“Event Planner”) to manage the execution of their 4th Annual Boston While Black Family Reunion (“Family Reunion”). We aim to curate activities that will resonate with our attendees and provide a memorable conclusion to the Family Reunion. A link to the 2023 BWB Family Reunion schedule and activities can be found on our website (CLICK HERE). The Event Planner will be expected to provide all services necessary and appropriate to manage and execute the 2024 BWB Family Reunion, including but not limited to the services (“Services”) detailed herein.
