The successful candidate will assist with event planning, including creating electronic materials, managing logistics, and coordinating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with event planning, including creating electronic materials, making flyers accessible, and assisting with set-up and tear-down • Coordinate with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and vendors • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure smooth event execution Requirements: • Currently enrolled as a graduate student • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
