Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities • Directs the activities of the development department. • Manages a staff in the planning and conducting of daily activities for the residents. • Coordinate the activity programs with services and/or volunteers in the community. • Assess residents’ needs and develop resident activities goals. In addition to the essential job specific duties listed above, the Resident Events Director shall be required to perform all duties (essential and non-essential) in a manner consistent with the mission statement and core values of The Carlyle House and will be evaluated on such basis.
