As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager (AGM) with extensive event experience to join our leadership team and help us deliver an unforgettable dining experience. • Front-of-House Operations: • Operate as the lead on the floor, managing the flow of service and ensuring all staff are delivering a great guest experience. • Back-of-House Operations & Coordination: • Work closely with kitchen leads to ensure food purchasing is in alignment with the menu, daily specials, and seasonal needs. • Handle any necessary administrative financial duties • Training & Development: • Implement our Service Model and training guide for the FOH team, ensuring consistent service standards. • Monitor the kitchen for cleanliness and ensure BOH staff adhere to cleaning protocols.
