EcoView Windows & Doors is growing, and we are expanding our Event & Brand Management team through our partnership with Sam’s Club locations and community events throughout Arkansas. We are looking for outgoing, motivated, and energetic individuals to represent our company at retail locations, home shows, festivals, and community events by engaging with homeowners, promoting our products, and generating qualified leads for free in-home estimates. Represent EcoView Windows & Doors professionally at Sam’s Club retail locations, home shows, expos, and community events Engage with shoppers and event attendees in a friendly and professional manner Educate homeowners on energy-efficient windows and doors Generate and qualify leads for free in-home consultations Schedule appointments for the sales team Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized display Accurately track and submit leads using company systems and procedures Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and brand representation at all times Occasionally travel to local and regional community events, festivals, and promotional activations Experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public Retail, marketing, event marketing, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus Reliable transportation required Weekend availability preferred Ability to stand for extended periods during events and retail shifts Must be dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented Must be able to pass a background check Apply now to become part of the EcoView Event Marketing Team.
